Although I speak extensively about this, I'm going to try to keep this as simple as possible.  There are certain foods that we eat that just aren't good for us and over time lead to chronic inflammation and disease.  The obvious culprits that might come to mind right away are sugar, wheat (and other gluten containing grains) junk food, pastries, sodas, etc.  But there are other foods that aren't as obvious, like dairy, soy, legumes, and corn.
